As an Officer – Health Insurance, you will manage daily health insurance operations, coordinate with TPAs and providers, and ensure efficient service delivery using the SaaS platform. You will support process improvements and help drive operational excellence in a fast-growing Insurtech environment.

ππ”π€π‹πˆπ…πˆπ‚π€π“πˆπŽππ’, π’πŠπˆπ‹π‹π’ & π„π—ππ„π‘πˆπ„ππ‚π„:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
1. 1-2 years of experience in health insurance operations, preferably within an insurance company, TPA, or Insurtech firm.
3. Strong knowledge of medical claims, policy administration, and health insurance regulations in the UAE.
4. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
5. Tech-savvy with the ability to work with SaaS platforms and digital tools.

π‰πŽπ π‘π„π’ππŽππ’πˆππˆπ‹πˆπ“πˆπ„π’:
1. Manage day-to-day health insurance operations including claims handling, approvals, and member servicing.
2. Coordinate with TPAs, healthcare providers, and clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
3. Monitor SLAs and operational KPIs to drive efficiency and service excellence.
4. Support implementation of operational workflows on our SaaS platform.
5. Identify gaps in processes and recommend tech-driven solutions.
6. Assist with data validation, reporting, and compliance documentation.
