One of our Interiors Designs clients based in the UAE is looking to hire Business Development Manager for Noida, India
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage Other Domains as well, such as Hospitality, Commercial etc.
- Establish network of B2B Partners such as Architects / Designers / etc. – for Championing LSI fit out services in their Projects.
- Establish Minimum 3 Solid Relationships- that provide continuous business.
- Ensuring adherence to the guidelines internally as well as externally. In terms of communication, documentation, collaterals etc. – across all Cross Functional Departments, Zero NCR’s for this.
- Assist in marketing collaterals design + complete production of collaterals & stationary: TG, LSI- that allow for use during Sales Process.
- Ensuring Seamless Client Journey- from: Enquiry–> Order Placement –> Delivery/Installation –> After Sales Service. Define and Implement Customer Journey – and detailed SOP of all Clients through Various Platforms and Different Channels: Fine Tuning Complete Customer Experience right from Meet/ Greet; Service in Offices; Presentation; Take-ways; Office Premises; Collaterals Given etc. – NEEDS TO BE WORLD CLASS.
- After Sales Service- Maintaining Relations + Being POC for all After Sales Issues of Clients. Maintenance of Customer Complaint Log (liaising w/ Factory/ Designers to ensure Timely close of any Customer Complaints)
- Ensure Client Engagement and PR is also maintained through seasonal, and festive gifting as per the company brand guidelines and code of ethics
- Maintenance of Consolidated Client Databases: – ANCA/LSI – B2C/B2B – Different Regions etc. – Leads / Prospects / Enquiries etc.
- Educate Clients/ Designers/ Architects on the premise of Turnkey Fit out Services and its benefits – for them to promote LSI services
- Work alongside with the Estimation Team to ensure effective pricing is done to win projects
