As an Assistant Manager – Reporting, you will oversee financial reporting accuracy, ensuring compliance with IFRS-17 and IFRS-9. Responsibilities include reviewing accounts, supervising accounting staff, coordinating audits, and managing AR, AP, and General Ledger integrity, and ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Reporting Management or Accounting.

2. Professional certifications: ACCA, CA, CPA.

3. 3-5 years of supervisory experience in the same

4. Expertise in IFRS-17 & IFRS-9 (mandatory).

5. Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

6. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

π‰πŽπ π‘π„π’ππŽππ’πˆππˆπ‹πˆπ“πˆπ„π’:

1. Conduct preliminary review and reconciliation of all accounting processes for final approval by the Reporting Director/Manager.

2. Finalize Quarterly and Annual Accounts for review and approval.

3. Supervise and maintain organizational accounts as per accounting standards and bookkeeping practices.

4. Oversee and provide direction to accounting personnel under the Reporting Director/Manager.

5. Train accounting staff in procedures and electronic systems as directed.

6. Review transaction entries before Accounts Manager approval.

7. Review journal entries for Reporting Director approval.

8. Conduct preliminary review of AR, AP, and General Ledger accounts, resolving issues in coordination with department managers.

9. Review monthly Trial Balance for Accounts Manager approval.

10. Serve as the only authorized person to post entries in the Financial ERP under Accounts Manager direction.

11. Coordinate with external and internal auditors during fieldwork.

12. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and higher management directives.
