- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
