Job Description: –
- Locate potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, evaluating options & resolving internal priorities
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
- Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Research and build relationships with new clients.
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
- Present an image that mirrors that of the client.
- Attend industry fairs and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
- Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new products, and distribution channels.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
- Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance.
- Overseeing the independent perfumery distribution in the UAE.
- Ensuring product-wise sales is achieved against the targets on monthly basis.
- Co-ordination with Production Department to ensure on time and quality delivery to customers.
- Responsible for due customer receipts and reducing customer outstanding.
- Fore-casting product sales and helping the management to stock relevant products.
- Chalking out plans for product promotions and liquidation plans for slow moving items.
- Working closing with the distributors and getting feedback from the market.
- Expanding the Wholesale customer base.
