Experience: – Minimum 3 years (Perfume Industry)

Job Description: –

  • Locate potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, evaluating options & resolving internal priorities
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
  • Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
  • Research and build relationships with new clients.
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
  • Present an image that mirrors that of the client.
  • Attend industry fairs and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
  • Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new products, and distribution channels.
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
  • Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
  • Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance.
  • Overseeing the independent perfumery distribution in the UAE.
  • Ensuring product-wise sales is achieved against the targets on monthly basis.
  • Co-ordination with Production Department to ensure on time and quality delivery to customers.
  • Responsible for due customer receipts and reducing customer outstanding.
  • Fore-casting product sales and helping the management to stock relevant products.
  • Chalking out plans for product promotions and liquidation plans for slow moving items.
  • Working closing with the distributors and getting feedback from the market.
  • Expanding the Wholesale customer base.
