As a Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will lead operational performance and efficiency across all business divisions, working closely with experienced managers while introducing stronger systems, accountability, and productivity. This role requires modernization and measurable growth.

1. Minimum of 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a senior operational leadership role.
2. Demonstrated success managing multi-sector or family conglomerate operations, preferably within the GCC.
3. Strong expertise in real estate asset management, project management, and trading operations.
4. Experience with government and military procurement processes is an advantage.
5. Bachelorβs degree in Business, Engineering, or Finance; MBA preferred.
6. Arabic language skills are beneficial but not required.

1. Oversee daily operations across real estate, trading, hospitality, and equity holdings.

2. Optimize occupancy, rental income, and capital expenditures.
Business Development & Growth
1. Identify new opportunities, joint ventures, and tenders.
2. Support trading expansion via supplier and defense procurement partnerships.
Financial & Strategic Management
1. Ensure cost control, reporting, and accurate forecasting.
2. Contribute to budgeting, planning, and ROI-driven investment decisions.
Team Leadership & Culture
1. Mentor managers and foster accountability, collaboration, and transparency.
