One of our real estate clients is looking to hire a “Collections Team Leader” for their Dubai Office

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of collections specialists to achieve targets and objectives related to the timely collection of outstanding debts
  • Develop and implement effective collection strategies and procedures to reduce arrears and minimize bad debts
  • Monitor and analyze team performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to debt collection practices
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, customer service, and accounting, to resolve customer issues and improve collections processes
  • Use data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of collection strategies and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, including negotiating payment plans and providing assistance and support to resolve outstanding issues
  • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, including progress toward targets, key metrics, and trends
  • Continuously evaluate and improve collection processes, systems, and technologies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer experience
  • Ensure that all communication with customers is professional, ethical, and respectful and that the company’s brand and reputation are protected at all times.
