As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage customers, and drive business growth. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 10+ years in digital marketing, emphasizing strategy development and campaign management.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving deliverables, resulting in increased GWP (Gross Written Premiums), expense reduction, and optimal utilization of digital space with seamless customer journeys.
- Ability to effectively manage a multi-dimensional team.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and proficiency in analytics tools.
- Expertise in data analysis and reporting to drive informed decision-making.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT:
- Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify opportunities to optimize online presence and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital initiatives with overall marketing efforts.
DIGITAL CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT:
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, PPC, SEO, etc.).
- Create engaging content and visuals tailored to different platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
WEBSITE MANAGEMENT:
- Oversee website development, content updates, and user experience improvements.
- Ensure the website is optimized for SEO and user engagement.
- Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement changes and enhancements.
DATA ANALYSIS AND REPORTING:
- Utilize analytics tools to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
- Generate reports with actionable insights to drive decision-making and refine strategies.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven optimizations.
TEAM LEADERSHIP AND COLLABORATION:
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.
