  • Demonstrated track record of achieving deliverables, resulting in increased GWP (Gross Written Premiums), expense reduction, and optimal utilization of digital space with seamless customer journeys.
  • Ability to effectively manage a multi-dimensional team.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and proficiency in analytics tools.
  • Expertise in data analysis and reporting to drive informed decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
