As an Emiratization Officer, you will lead efforts to attract, recruit, and retain Emirati talent, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and Emiratization goals. Key responsibilities include building partnerships, implementing training programs, managing benefit schemes, and fostering an inclusive work environment. You will also track progress, report on targets, and promote the organization as an employer of choice.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. 2+ years of experience in Emiratization or a similar role within the UAE.

3. Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and Emiratization policies.

4. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful Emiratization strategies.

5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

6. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

π‰πŽπ π‘π„π’ππŽππ’πˆππˆπ‹πˆπ“πˆπ„π’:

1. Implement strategies to enhance Emirati talent recruitment across the organization for designated roles.

2. Identify, attract, and recruit qualified Emirati candidates through partnerships with universities, government entities, recruitment platforms, and industry groups.

3. Organize and participate in recruitment drives, job fairs, and career events targeting Emirati candidates.

4. Develop and execute training and development programs to enhance the skills and career growth of Emirati employees via internal and external platforms.

5. Monitor retention rates, propose solutions to improve employee satisfaction, and foster engagement among Emirati staff.

6. Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws on Emiratization and national employment quotas.

7. Track and report the organization’s progress toward Emiratization goals, providing actionable insights and maintaining accurate records for HR and regulatory bodies, including CBUAE.

8. Manage the CBUAE portal to ensure compliance and maintain strong relationships with government Emiratization teams.

9. Oversee Emirati benefit schemes such as GPSSA, Nafiz’s platform, and other local national initiatives.

10. Mentor Emirati employees, promoting organization as an employer of choice and fostering an inclusive work environment aligned with UAE cultural values.
