As an Employee Benefits Endorsement Officer, you will manage the endorsement process for employee benefits policies. This role involves ensuring accurate and timely coverage updates, processing policy changes, and providing support to clients and internal teams. You will play a key role in maintaining the quality and integrity of employee benefits services and contributing to client satisfaction and retention.

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Insurance, or a related field.

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in employee benefits or insurance endorsements.

3. Strong understanding of employee benefits products and endorsement processes.

4. Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with insurance software systems.

7. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

1. Manage and process endorsements for employee benefits policies, including policy updates, changes, and adjustments.

2. Ensure all endorsements are handled within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).

3. Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting and customer service, to ensure seamless policy administration.

4. Maintain accurate records of all endorsements and policy changes in the system.

5. Provide support to clients and consultants by addressing queries related to endorsements and policy updates.

6. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

7. Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for internal and external audits.
