One of our Insurance client is looking for Executive Assistant for Dubai

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide seamless administrative support to the CEO
  • Manage executives’ calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring smooth logistics, agendas, and materials preparation.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical files, records, and documents, ensuring easy accessibility and retrieval.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication, providing prompt and professional responses.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Keep abreast of emerging technologies and tools relevant to executive support and administrative functions.
