One of our clients in the Insurance Industry is looking for a “Finance Manager” for their Dubai Office
The candidate should possess a stable working track record, excellent oral and written communication skills, and be highly knowledgeable in the broad spectrum of accountancy accounting practices. He should also be certified and accredited by the relevant association.
Educational Qualification:
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
- Minimum 5 years experience
- A highly qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 5 to 10 years of experience in leading a team of accountants.
- Having experience in an insurance company or a TPA is a must
- The ideal candidate should be well-versed with all Health Authorities’ regulations, compliance strategies, and risk management
- Candidate should be ACA / ACCA qualified, possessing a UAECA/ Dip.IFR will be an added advantage
- Registration with an accredited statutory body and association is mandatory
- Should have Experience in providing financial advice
- Should possess good knowledge in health Insurance policy benefits and regulatory guidelines
- The candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills as well be a good team player
- The candidate should have good analytical, execution, problem-solving, decision-making, and customer skills
Job Expertise:
- The ideal candidate should be able to oversee the duties of the accounting team
- He should be well-versed to implement accounting systems and processes
- Hands-on experience in reconciliation and knowledge of VAT is mandatory
- He should be well versed to prepare monthly financial reports, budget reporting and control the master data of the general register
- Ensure all processes are compliant with the Central Bank of UAE and applicable regulatory authorities
