As a Financial Controller, you will manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and provide strategic insights to drive growth and profitability within the insurance sector.

ππ”π€π‹πˆπ…πˆπ‚π€π“πˆπŽππ’, π’πŠπˆπ‹π‹π’ & π„π—ππ„π‘πˆπ„ππ‚π„:
1. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
2. Professional certification (CPA/ACCA/CA) preferred.
3. 5+ years of experience in finance with at least 2 years in the insurance industry.
4. Strong understanding of IFRS and UAE financial regulations.
5. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

1. Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
2. Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and insurance industry standards.
3. Manage financial audits and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth.
5. Monitor cash flow, profitability, and risk management initiatives.
6. Lead the finance team to drive operational excellence.
