𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
1. Daily accounting work like: Issuance of Cash Receipts and Debtor reports follow up etc.
2. Preparation of expense approval form and arrangement of management approval.
3. Processing of expense vouchers in Finance Module
4. Processing of technical payments i.e., Commission, refunds & claims
5. Initiation of payments in Online banking system.
6. Monthly preparation of Statement of Accounts and sharing the same with clients/customers
7. Lead the prompt collection of all receivables for the company.
8. Collect statements from clients/customers and complete “reconciliation” on monthly basis based on polite & clear explanation & communication.
9. Monitoring of bank balances and preparation of “Bank Allocation Watch” Report
10. Monitoring of Fixed Deposits and preparation of application for its renewal
11. Closely coordinate with technical team for the timely support to resolve the issues in the collection of overdue balances by cooperative communication.
12. Learn and equip with required knowledge and skills for the operation of IFRS 17 standards.
13. Always adhere to strict compliance procedures and rules
14. Responsible for covering colleagues’ duties during their holydays/leave.
15. Other ad hoc accounts related duties
