One of our Insurance clients is looking to hire a “Advisor – General Insurance” for their Dubai Office
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Business Management or Psychology
· Minimum of 3-4 years of General Insurance experience including general insurance claims in Insurance Brokerage Firm.

12. In depth knowledge and practice in all MS Office programs
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. A strong understanding of all types of general insurance from a technical terminology such as LM7 and other industry-related wording and being aware of any changes in the market with, the latest trends and plans.
2. Responsible for handling all the general insurance claims (Non-Motor& Non-Med).
3. Engaging with corporate clients and coordinating with loss adjusters and insurers toward the settlement of claims.
4. Responsible for handling New Business & Renewal GI queries of advisors/associates/consultants & corporate clients. Helping them to get quotes from insurers
5. Once the new business gets confirmed, issuance of policies with the online portal or sending the documents to the insurers by email to issue the policy for other than the portal.
6. Sending renewal reminders and following up on renewals, getting alternative terms from insurers if current insurers decline, working on renewals as fresh accounts and releasing alternative quotes, and doing the follow-up with consultants/clients to close the renewal.
7. Ability to create strong bonds with clients and insurance companies and successfully resolve insurance issues. More imperatively teach and guide the subordinates in excelling in this aspect of the business.
8. Proactively reports critical issues to Management and submits production reports weekly, which is essential to meet the company’s objectives.
9. Be a key contributor to the company’s business development and achieve forecast targets for the team and yourself
10. Proactively willing to meet clients to help the onboarding clients.
