As a Group Head of HR, you will lead the development and execution of HR strategies, driving talent management, organizational growth, and change initiatives. This role requires a seasoned leader with expertise in HR policies, workforce planning, and fostering a high-performance culture.

- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline from a reputable university.
- Additional HR certifications (CIPD, PHR, SPHR) are preferred.
- Over 10 years of experience in a senior HR role, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven expertise in strategic HR planning, change management, and leadership.

- Strategy Formulation & Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s long-term goals.
- Management Reports: Provide strategic HR insights and reports to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
- Budgeting & Financial Performance: Oversee HR budgeting, optimize workforce planning, and ensure cost-effective HR operations.
- Change Management & Continuous Improvement: Lead HR transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee engagement.
- Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures: Establish and refine HR policies and frameworks to maintain compliance and best practices.
- Leadership: Inspire and manage a team of HR professionals, ensuring high performance and professional development.
