  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline from a reputable university.
  • Additional HR certifications (CIPD, PHR, SPHR) are preferred.
  • Over 10 years of experience in a senior HR role, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Proven expertise in strategic HR planning, change management, and leadership.

  • Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures: Establish and refine HR policies and frameworks to maintain compliance and best practices.
  • Leadership: Inspire and manage a team of HR professionals, ensuring high performance and professional development.
