One of our leading insurance clients, is looking to hire a ‘Head of Digital (Marketing/Business Analyst)’ for their Dubai office.

Job Role:

  • Analyze business requirement and work with the development team to enhance existing systems and CRM’s
  • Building and maintaining the Product development roadmap.
  • Liaising with the internal business team, directors, and external developers to upgrade, enhance and roll out changes on the companies CRM system.
  • Assist with the digital evolution change and implementation of latest technologies (Digital Transformation)
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing and technology implementation / improvements.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimizes user funnels.
  • Manages the entire digital marketing department’s operational operations requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
  • Plans and executes all digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, paid social media, search and display campaigns
  • Work with the call center team to optimize conversions of leads
  • Ensures that all platforms are up to date, informative and in line with the brand guidelines and overall company vision.
  • Designs, builds, and maintains the digital presence on all platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Websites and other platforms.
  • Responsible for SEO performance and analysis.
  • Utilizes consumer behaviors information to determine successful content and design aspects.
  • Plans, tests and execute new digital marketing strategies on a weekly basis
  • Tests new CTA’s (call to actions) to improve conversion rates. A/B Testing
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure the digital strategy is being followed and keywords research analysis is meticulously reviewed.
  • Monitor and create new adverts on social media platforms to generate more business.
  • Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • Full 360 digital marketing experience.
  • Experience in generating meaningful digital marketing reports.
  • Well-versed with Google Ads/Facebook Ads/Linked-in marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO’s, Google Analytics & Search Console
  • Paid Social Media/Email Marketing experience.
  • WordPress (ideally)
