One of our clients, is looking to hire a ‘HR Manager’ for their Dubai Office

Qualification, Skills, and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in HR
  • Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
  • 10 years of experience in which minimum 5 years of experience in the IT industry
  • UAE experience candidates are preferred.
  • Able to work independently.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute HR strategies, policies, and procedures to align with the overall business strategy.
  • Identify areas for enhancement in internal standard operating procedures and recommend changes, including potential team restructuring.
  • Ensure compliance with HR legal requirements in the United Arab Emirates by staying updated on existing and new legislation.
  • Ensure adherence to HR laws and regulations specific to DMCC (Dubai Multi Commodities Centre) and represent the company in HR matters within the free zone.
  • Oversee the talent acquisition process, which includes creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, reviewing CVs, conducting interviews, making hiring decisions, and managing the onboarding of qualified job applicants.
  • Spearhead the onboarding process, ensuring its relevance and quality, and providing clarity to all staff regarding their roles in relation to the company’s vision.
  • Collaborate on recruitment initiatives and prepare employees for their roles by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  • Facilitate the performance management process, guiding the appraisal process through probationary and annual cycles, reviewing outcomes, and providing support to management for further analysis and decision-making.
  • Manage the entire visa process for employees, including residence visa issuance and cancellation.
  • Oversee employees’ records, compensation, payroll, and benefits.
  • Handle health insurance and other company insurance matters.
  • Establish and maintain HR reports and records by designing an efficient filing and retrieval system.
  • Manage sensitive and confidential matters with the utmost discretion.
  • Report directly to the General Manager of the company.
