As an Internal Audit Manager, you will lead and oversee the internal audit function to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. You will be responsible for planning and executing audits, assessing risk management and control processes, and providing recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness. - Bachelorβs degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in internal auditing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of audit methodologies, risk management, and internal control frameworks.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Plan, coordinate, and execute internal audits across various departments and functions.
- Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
- Develop and implement audit programs and procedures to assess financial and operational controls.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports, including findings, recommendations, and management responses.
- Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with management to identify and assess key risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
- Provide training and support to staff on internal audit processes and best practices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks.
