As a Junior Executive in Medical Insurance, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional service to clients by ensuring that the quote, bind, and issuance processes are completed within the agreed turnaround times (TAT). You will play a crucial role in supporting consultants and producers by providing competitive quotes, which will help attract and retain clients.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in individual medical insurance, including portals, underwriting, coverage, and rate analysis.
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance coverages with the ability to communicate this information to clients and underwriters.
  • Proactive and passionate about providing excellent client service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, self-manage workload, and effectively support the team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong team player with a willingness to go the extra mile to meet business requirements.

  • Receive and process new business and renewal requests from direct clients and consultants; analyze, recommend, and obtain appropriate quotes through all available channels.
  • Prepare quotes and proposals and manage the binding of coverage.
  • Ensure the quote-to-issuance process adheres to the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA); maintain a tracker for any missed SLAs.
  • Handle endorsement activities from start to finish.
  • Leverage your experience with local insurance providers, including their products and processes, to optimize service delivery.
  • Utilize workflows and processes to initiate and maintain contact with clients, update coverages, review exposures, and identify opportunities for account management.
  • Report and document errors as required.
  • Maintain accurate records in NTAS and manage cases according to business process requirements.
  • Adhere to underwriting, compliance, and department guidelines in line with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
