1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 2 years of experience in HR or a related field
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Familiarity with UAE labor laws is a plus.

1. Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
2. Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
3. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
4. Support performance management processes and assist in monitoring employee productivity.
5. Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees.
6. Handle employee queries and provide timely resolutions to HR-related issues.
7. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
