One of our insurance clients based in the UAE is looking to hire a ‘Key Account/Sales Executive’ for their Abu Dhabi office.

JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of prospect development, from pre-sale to closing deals. This role involves cultivating referral sources, identifying potential clients that align with the organization’s client profile, and maintaining a steady influx of new revenue for the practice.

REQUIREMENTS:

Skills and Experience:

·        A minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance / sales within the UAE.

·        Possession of a valid UAE driver’s license.

·        Persuasive communication skills to initiate, negotiate, and successfully close deals.

·        Tactful and resourceful in addressing client objections, presenting solutions, and exploring options to secure sales.

·        Proficiency in making articulate presentations and compelling sales pitches to both potential and existing clients.

·        Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.

Knowledge Required:

·        Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving challenging sales targets.

·        The ability to proactively identify new opportunities independently.

·        Commitment to professional and ethical business practices, adherence to company standards, and dedication to personal and professional growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Identifying potential prospects through diverse sales channels.

·        Meeting with prospective clients to assess their corporate insurance needs.

·        Tailoring comprehensive coverage solutions and offering expert consultations.

·        Creating proposals and delivering persuasive presentations.

·        Generating and managing new accounts.

·        Handling portfolio renewals and building strong customer relationships.

·        Ensuring the timely collection of payments.
