As a KPI Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data related to key performance indicators to assess organizational performance and inform decision-making processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop KPI frameworks, establish performance benchmarks, and track progress towards strategic goals. - Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience of 5-7 years in a similar role, showcasing expertise in data analysis and performance measurement.
- Exceptional analytical skills, capable of efficiently collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating large volumes of complex data.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms, enabling effective communication of insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, data analysis, and formulae, facilitating comprehensive data manipulation and interpretation.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and tools (e.g., R, Python) is advantageous, providing additional analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear, concise, and easily understandable manner.

- Work closely with department managers to establish and articulate key performance indicators (KPIs) that are in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive measurement frameworks to systematically track KPIs across various departments and functions within the organization.
- Create and deploy reports, dashboards, and visualizations that effectively communicate KPI results to management at all levels, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
- Continuously monitor KPI performance against established targets and benchmarks, proactively identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions as necessary.
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis to gain insights into the underlying factors influencing KPI fluctuations and performance trends.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the realm of performance measurement and analytics, integrating relevant insights into KPI methodologies.
- Collaborate closely with IT teams to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility, thereby enabling seamless KPI reporting and analysis processes.
