As the Legal & Compliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the operations by overseeing legal affairs and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. 1. Bachelor’s degree in Law; additional certifications in compliance are a plus.

2. Proven experience as a Legal & Compliance Manager in the insurance industry.

3. In-depth knowledge of insurance laws and regulations in the United Arab Emirates.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

1. Provide expert legal advice on regulatory matters, contracts, and compliance issues.

2. Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.

3. Ensure compliance with local and international insurance regulations.

4. Develop, implement, and update compliance policies and procedures.

Interact with regulatory bodies for timely submissions and responses.

5. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the insurance industry.

6. Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate legal and compliance risks.

7. Collaborate with other departments to address compliance issues and find solutions.

8. Provide employee training on legal and compliance matters.

9. Foster a culture of compliance awareness throughout the organization.
