- MBBS plus any other certification in the areas of of coding and auditing is an advantage.
- Approximately 10 years of working in the Medical Claims in UAE market
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Candidate should be within UAE

- Lead and manage a team of claims approval officers providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a high standard of work and achievement of departmental goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end processing of medical claims, including verification, assessment, adjudication, and settlement, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as underwriting, customer service, and finance, to resolve complex claims issues and ensure timely and accurate claim settlements.
- Review and analyze claims data, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve claims processes, reduce fraud, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on relevant industry regulations, market trends, and emerging technologies in the medical claims field, implementing necessary changes to align with best practices and maintain competitiveness.
- Handle escalated or sensitive claims cases, conducting investigations, negotiating settlements, and ensuring fair and equitable resolutions.
- Prepare reports and present key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics to senior management, highlighting areas for improvement and proposing actionable solutions.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, development, and teamwork within the claims department, promoting employee engagement and professional growth.
