Job Description
Marketing Executive – Actuarial Services
Accountabilities
- Reach out to potential clients and pitch actuarial services
- Assist in planning and execution of marketing campaigns to promote actuarial services
- Collaborate with the actuarial team to create marketing content
- Create and monitor marketing content, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters
- Collect and analyze data related to marketing campaigns and customer engagement
- Generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts
- Conduct research on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
- Promptly monitor and respond to online customer inquiries and comments
- Act as a focal point for clients, address inquiries, and provide information about actuarial services
- Gather client feedback and insights to improve customer service efforts
- Support administrative tasks pertaining marketing campaigns, budget tracking, invoice processing, and client meetings
- Ensure all marketing materials and activities comply with industry regulations and company policies
- Review marketing materials for accuracy and consistency with brand image
Skills & Competencies
- Basic understanding of Actuarial Services and the insurance industry
- Basic understanding of US GAAP and International Accounting Standards
- Strong interpersonal communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to pitch and negotiate with potential clients
- Confident public speaking and presentation skills
- Proficient user of English language (written and verbal)
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, accounting, actuarial sciences, or a related field
- Previous experience in marketing or a related role is a plus
- 1-2 years of work experience in insurance industry is ideal
