1. Proven experience in a Medical Insurance Specialist role within the insurance industry.

2. In-depth understanding of medical insurance processes, DHA regulations, and market trends.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to mentor and guide team members effectively.

5. Proficient in preparing and delivering presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.

6. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

7. Familiarity with insurance regulations in the UAE.

9. Proactively report critical issues to management and provide weekly production reports crucial for meeting company goals.

10. Play a pivotal role in the company’s business development, achieving forecasted targets for both the team and individual performance.
