As a Motor Claims Officer, you will play a pivotal role in managing and processing motor insurance claims. This position requires a customer-centric approach, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of the insurance claims process.

𝐐𝐔𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒, 𝐒𝐊𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐒 & 𝐄𝐗𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Motor Claims Officer within the insurance industry.
3. In-depth knowledge of motor insurance policies and claims procedures.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
6. Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
7. Familiarity with insurance regulations in the UAE.

𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒:
1. Evaluate and process motor insurance claims in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
2. Investigate and assess the extent of damages, liabilities, and coverage.
3. Communicate effectively with policyholders, third parties, and internal stakeholders throughout the claims process.
4. Provide timely and accurate information to claimants, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
5. Collaborate with external service providers such as assessors and repair workshops.
6. Monitor and manage claims documentation and records.
7. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in claims management.
