One of our Insurance clients is looking to hire a “Claims Surveyor” for their Dubai Office
Job Title : Motor Claims Officer
Location : Dubai
Experience : Minimum 2 years in the #Insurance #Industry
Qualification : #Graduation
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
a) To greet the customer and verify the nature of accident as per police report and register the claim on the same day as per policy terms and condition.
b) To ensure all Cash loss, property damage claims and customer rental allowances shall be intimated in premia after finalization of approving authority on the same day and to be forwarded to accounts department for processing of payments within the assigned days.
c) Coordinate with Government companies, property vendors for claim related issue.
d) To ensure all claims related complaints are resolved within assigned days.
e) To ensure all LPOs are delivered on weekly basis to the garages
