One of our clients, is looking to hire “PR and Marketing Executive” for their Dubai Office.

Qualification, Skills, and Experience:

· Minimum bachelor’s degree

· Minimum 5 years of experience in the financial/insurance/investment industry

· UAE experience candidates are preferred.

· Experience in content creation and managing social and digital media

· Previous experience of running the campaigns and managing events.

Job Responsibilities:

· Developing PR and Marketing Strategies: Creating comprehensive PR and marketing plans that align with the company’s goals and objectives. This includes identifying target audiences, key messages, and appropriate communication channels.

· Media Relations: Building and maintaining relationships with journalists, editors, and media outlets to secure positive media coverage for the company and its investment activities.

· Content Creation and Management: Produce high-quality content for press releases, articles, blogs, social media posts, and other marketing materials that effectively convey the company’s expertise and offerings to potential investors.

· Digital Marketing: Utilizing digital marketing techniques such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email campaigns to reach a wider audience and generate leads.

· Investor Relations: Assisting in the management of investor relations, including creating investor presentations, organizing investor events, and responding to investor inquiries.

· Brand Management: Ensuring consistent branding across all communications and marketing materials to build a strong and recognizable brand in the financial sector.

· Crisis Communication: Developing strategies to handle potential crises or negative publicity and mitigating reputational risks.

· Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities in the financial sector, using the insights to tailor marketing strategies accordingly.

· Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams, such as sales, compliance, and investment departments, to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing and PR initiatives.

· Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge: Staying up-to-date with relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the financial sector, ensuring all marketing efforts adhere to industry guidelines.

· Data Analytics: Utilizing data analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of PR and marketing campaigns, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

· Public Speaking and Presentation Skills: Representing the company at events, conferences, and seminars, showcasing expertise in the financial sector, and demonstrating strong public speaking and presentation skills
