1. Strong knowledge of compliance standards and regulations relevant to the UAE, particularly those set by the Central Bank.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. High level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

7. Identify and mitigate compliance risks.
8. Conduct audits and reviews for compliance.
9. Collaborate with management to implement compliance policies.
