Our client is currently seeking a ‘Reinsurance Assistant’ to join their Abu Dhabi Office

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

·        A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.

·        Strong oral and written communication skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Support the Head of Reinsurance in the placement of facultative reinsurance contracts.

·        Thoroughly examine facultative contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness, and diligently organize and file all contracts for easy retrieval.

·        Verify the precision of data and assist in reconciling any discrepancies during monthly closing procedures.

·        Maintain and keep reinsurance databases and records up to date.

·        Generate basic reports and aid in various data analysis tasks.

·        Collaborate effectively with team members to efficiently manage and organize reinsurance documents and files.

·        Assist in the preparation of documentation required for underwriting and claims processes as directed.

·        Respond promptly to inquiries and, when necessary, escalate issues to appropriate parties.

·        Play a role in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
