One of our clients is looking to hire a “Risk Consultant” for United Arab Emirates

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

·       Bachelor’s degree in risk management, finance, business administration, or a related field.

·       Proven experience of 4+ years working in risk management within the UAE insurance industry, preferably in a similar role.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

·       Conduct thorough risk assessments and identify potential risks across various areas of the organization.

·       Develop and implement risk management strategies, policies, and procedures in line with industry best practices.

·       Evaluate the effectiveness of existing risk management processes and recommend improvements to enhance overall risk mitigation.

·       Monitor and analyze key risk indicators to proactively identify emerging risks and develop appropriate response strategies.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent understanding of risks and promote risk awareness and accountability culture.

·       Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

·       Prepare and present risk reports and recommendations to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.

·       Stay updated on emerging trends, regulations, and best practices in risk management within the insurance industry.
