As a Senior Executive Officer (SEO), you will lead the reinsurance broking operations in Dubai.   • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • At least 10 years of experience in the insurance or reinsurance industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior management role.
  • Extensive knowledge of the reinsurance broking industry, particularly within the MENA region.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and strategic leadership.
  • Strong understanding of DIFC regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Develop and execute strategic vision and business plan for reinsurance broking in DIFC.

  • Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies for timely and accurate reporting.
  • Monitor and align operations with regulatory developments.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients, insurers, and reinsurers.
  • Implement a business development strategy to drive growth and enhance market presence.
  • Represent the company at industry events to elevate the brand.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the DIFC office.
