- In-depth knowledge of underwriting principles, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the UAE Marine, Property, and Casualty business market.
- Spearheaded the development of the non-motor department, identifying opportunities for enhancing functionalities.
- Act as a strategic thinker and decisive leader within the organization.
- Drive profitable growth while maintaining prudent risk management practices and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Establish close coordination with the other office teams to stay informed about developments in underwriting practices and laws.
- Oversee the underwriting process for non-motor, Property, and marine insurance products, ensuring adherence to company standards in risk selection and pricing.
- Innovate by developing and implementing new non-motor and marine insurance products based on market trends and customer needs.
- Maintain a high level of expertise in non-motor, Property, and marine risks, staying informed about regulations and market trends.
- Provide effective oversight for the efficient and fair settlement of non-motor, Property, and marine claims.
- Cultivate and develop relationships with Banks and Brokers in the UAE market.
- Analyze claims data to identify trends and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies.
- Foster and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, agents, and corporate clients.
