One of our Insurance clients is looking to hire an ‘Underwriting Assistant’ for their Dubai Office.
The ideal candidate will posses about 4-5 years of working experience in the insurance industry and will be responsible for the below:
- Receiving and updating the business inquiries on the system
- Creating quotations and updating the respective Underwriting files
- Follow-up on quotations and coordinate till its finalization
- Create policy documents and upload the same on the system
- Take necessary approval for the policy documents
- Coordinate with fronting partners in case of fronting requirements
- Coordinate with brokers/clients and maintaining the necessary documents
- Data updating and analysis
- Data for compliance and claims report
- Follow up on the renewal submission, claims status and coordinate with compliance
- KYC check and updates
