One of our Insurance clients is looking to hire an ‘Underwriting Assistant’ for their Dubai Office.

The ideal candidate will posses about 4-5 years of working experience in the insurance industry and will be responsible for the below:

  • Receiving and updating the business inquiries on the system
  • Creating quotations and updating the respective Underwriting files
  • Follow-up on quotations and coordinate till its finalization
  • Create policy documents and upload the same on the system
  • Take necessary approval for the policy documents
  • Coordinate with fronting partners in case of fronting requirements
  • Coordinate with brokers/clients and maintaining the necessary documents
  • Data updating and analysis
  • Data for compliance and claims report
  • Follow up on the renewal submission, claims status and coordinate with compliance
  • KYC check and updates
