Asgar has over 15 years of extensive experience across various verticals. He is extremely client-focused and has been highly successful in building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers and delivering on their requirements.
Asgar’s core expertise lays in devising policies, planning, and executing training and development programs and business development. He also possesses hands-on experience in people management, infrastructure, facilities, and other functions, to ensure bottleneck free operations along-with excellent time management and interpersonal skills. He excels in managing the day-to-day challenges with extreme flair and finesse and holistically supports the team in all the primary functions of the company.
Before setting up métier, Asgar worked with organizations such as Oman Insurance Company and WIPRO.

Ali Bhuriwala

Director

Ali Bhuriwala is an Associate Actuary by profession and holds extensive experience in performing strategic roles in some prominent corporations. These leadership positions have allowed him to play a valuable part towards organizational strategic transformation thereby enhancing enterprise resource value. He has always been instrumental in project implementations, imperative for leveraging any organizational success.
Ali has always been primed to business challenges which provides a potential to optimize an intrinsic value of an organization he is associated with. Likewise, He has performed an active role on the way to connect strategic gaps and to develop an ecosystem in which employees can forecast the organization’s needs in context of their own job.

Mariam Lotia

Senior HR Consultant

Mariam has a proven track record in aligning talent strategies for business value. She specializes in Talent Acquisition, Policy Development, Rewards & Compensation, Organizational Change, Employee Engagement, and Employer Branding domains. Mariam has worked on various HR implementations across her career including developing recruitment strategies, advising businesses on HR policies and procedures, and performance management framework development to name a few.
Prior to joining metier as a Senior HR Consultant, Mariam was associated with Badri, Siddiqsons Group and Creative Chaos (Pvt.) Limited in their HR functions in a Generalist capacity.
Mariam Irfan Lotia is a SHRM-CP qualified professional and has over 9 years of experience as a Human Resource generalist in the Textile, Information Technology, Manufacturing and Financial Services industries.
