Asgar’s core expertise lays in devising policies, planning, and executing training and development programs and business development. He also possesses hands-on experience in people management, infrastructure, facilities, and other functions, to ensure bottleneck free operations along-with excellent time management and interpersonal skills. He excels in managing the day-to-day challenges with extreme flair and finesse and holistically supports the team in all the primary functions of the company.
Before setting up métier, Asgar worked with organizations such as Oman Insurance Company and WIPRO.

Ali Bhuriwala is an Associate Actuary by profession and holds extensive experience in performing strategic roles in some prominent corporations. These leadership positions have allowed him to play a valuable part towards organizational strategic transformation thereby enhancing enterprise resource value. He has always been instrumental in project implementations, imperative for leveraging any organizational success.

Fawad specializes in recruitment & selection, manpower planning, performance management systems, training and development programs, organizational development and HRMS implementation and administration.
Prior to setting up métier in 2014, Fawad worked with Oman Insurance Company in their HR function and has an MBA degree in Human Resource Management and is a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP).
