One of our #insurance #clients is looking to #hire a “Contact Center Agents” for their #AbuDhabi office.
๐๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ, ๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ค๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center environment.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer concerns effectively.
5. Proficiency in using CRM systems
6. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
7. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
2. Provide accurate and efficient responses to customer inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and provide timely resolutions.
3. Utilize CRM systems and other tools to effectively manage customer information and ensure accurate documentation of interactions.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate problems when necessary.
5. Identify and promote appropriate products, services, and solutions based on customer needs and preferences.
6. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while engaging with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
7. Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
8. Contribute to a positive team environment by actively participating in team meetings, sharing feedback, and collaborating with colleagues.
