As a Group Legal Manager, you will lead and manage the legal function across the group of companies and subsidiaries, ensuring effective legal support aligned with strategic objectives. You will provide expert legal advice to senior management, oversee compliance with applicable laws and regulations, manage contracts and litigation, develop company policies, and mitigate legal risks while supporting business operations.

1. Excellent command of English and Arabic (written and spoken) β€” mandatory.

2. Professional integrity, strong work ethic, and the ability to engage confidently with senior management and stakeholders.

3. Bachelor’s degree in Law.

4. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the UAE region

5. Proven experience in a corporate legal department with exposure to group-level operations.

6. Track record of working with external legal authorities at both UAE and international levels.

π‰πŽπ π‘π„π’ππŽππ’πˆππˆπ‹πˆπ“πˆπ„π’:

1. Provide legal advice on corporate law, governance, international law, commercial litigation, employment law, and real estate laws.

2. Oversee all legal matters related to the Group’s joint ventures and subsidiaries.

3. Draft legal recommendations and develop company policies and procedures.

4. Review business deals, assess potential legal risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.

5. Manage and resolve ongoing legal cases.

6. Draft, review, and negotiate corporate legal documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.

7. Advise on and manage commercial tender documents.
