2 7-10 years of business development experience in the insurance sector, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
3. Strong knowledge of UAE insurance market and regulatory landscape.
4. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
5. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
6. Candidates currently based in the UAE will be preferred.
