Team Lead – General Insurance

𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐒𝐔𝐌𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐘
As a Team Lead – General Insurance, you will drive team performance, ensure service excellence, and deliver impactful insurance solutions.

𝐐𝐔𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒, 𝐒𝐊𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐒 & 𝐄𝐗𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or related field (professional certifications such as ACII, CII, or equivalent preferred).
2. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in General Insurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
3. Strong knowledge of general insurance products, underwriting, and claims processes.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Proven ability to manage teams, achieve targets, and drive operational excellence.
6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒:
1. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team handling general insurance operations.
2. Ensure effective underwriting, policy administration, and claims handling in line with company and regulatory standards.
3. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
4. Monitor and analyze team performance against targets and KPIs.
5. Handle escalations and provide solutions to complex client queries.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and stakeholders.
7. Collaborate with senior management to drive business development initiatives.
8. Ensure compliance with local insurance regulations and company policies.
