As a Motor Operations Officer, you will oversee day-to-day motor insurance operations, ensuring efficient processing of policies, endorsements, renewals, and claims coordination. You will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence, compliance, and delivering a superior customer experience.

ππ”π€π‹πˆπ…πˆπ‚π€π“πˆπŽππ’, π’πŠπˆπ‹π‹π’ & π„π—ππ„π‘πˆπ„ππ‚π„:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or related field.

2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in motor insurance operations.

3. Strong understanding of motor underwriting and policy administration processes.

4. Proficient in MS Office and insurance management systems.

5. Strong communication and coordination abilities.

1. Process and verify new motor policy issuances, renewals, and endorsements.

2. Coordinate with underwriters, brokers, and clients to ensure timely documentation.

3. Handle policy cancellations, refunds, and policy adjustments.

4. Monitor and maintain accurate policy records in the system.

5. Assist in claims registration and follow-ups with the claims department.

6. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

7. Support periodic reports and operational audits.
