General Manager

“𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐒𝐔𝐌𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐘
As a General Manager, you will lead strategic planning, operational performance, and financial growth across the group. You will direct executive teams, enhance organizational efficiency, build key partnerships, and ensure compliance while driving innovation, profitability, and sustainable business expansion.

𝐐𝐔𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒, 𝐒𝐊𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐒 & 𝐄𝐗𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄:
1. Minimum of 7 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a senior operational leadership role.
2. Demonstrated success managing multi-sector or family conglomerate operations, preferably within the GCC.
3. Proven experience in capital raising, investment structuring, and financial modelling
4. Strong understanding of IFRS accounting standards and financial systems.
5. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Finance; MBA preferred.
6. Proficiency in both Arabic and English at a full professional level is required.

Develop and execute the group’s strategic plan to achieve sustainable growth and drive expansion across diverse business sectors.

Financial & Operational Oversight:

Direct the annual budgeting process and oversee all financial and operational performance, ensuring objectives are met to the highest standards.

Stakeholder & Market Development:

Cultivate strategic relationships with partners, investors, and clients to strengthen the group’s market position and create new opportunities.

Operational Excellence:

Lead the redesign of the organizational structure and enhancement of internal systems to maximize operational efficiency and scalability.

Performance & Innovation:

Analyze financial and operational reports to inform strategic decisions, and lead executive teams in developing innovative strategies to boost performance and competitiveness.

Compliance & Governance:

Ensure the group’s full adherence to all relevant local and international laws and regulations.”
