One of our client is hiring for Pricing Actuarial Manager (Non-Life)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience: 5+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain non-life pricing methodologies across all insurance lines.
– Conduct pricing reviews in compliance with company and CBUAE – requirements.
– Prepare pricing-related sections for Financial Condition Reports and profitability analyses.
– Perform portfolio, experience, and expense studies to support rate adequacy and adjustments.
– Collaborate with the Head Actuary on product development and reinsurance optimization.
– Support automation and reporting initiatives through Alteryx and Tableau/Power BI.
– Coordinate with various departments on pricing-related digitalization and marketing projects.
Competencies:
– Associate or Fellow of a recognized Actuarial Body with expertise in non-life pricing and reserving.
– Advanced knowledge of actuarial modelling, Alteryx, and BI tools.
– In-depth understanding of non-life insurance, reinsurance structures, and regulatory frameworks.
– Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
– Proven capability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
