Motor Claims Assistant & Motor Claims Officer

We are hiring for multiple positions for one of its insurance based client in UAE.

1) Motor Claims Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
• Register motor insurance claims (FNOL)
• Collect and verify claim documents
• Coordinate with surveyors and garages
• Maintain claim files and follow up with customers

Requirements:
• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Business or related field
• 1–2 years relevant experience
• Arabic proficiency preferred

2) Motor Claims Officer
Key Responsibilities:
• Process motor insurance claims including Total Loss cases
• Verify claim documentation and manage CMS entries
• Liaise with surveyors, garages, and recovery teams
• Maintain TAT and SLAs

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance/Business
• 2–4 years of motor claims experience
• Knowledge of UAE insurance regulations
• Arabic proficiency preferred
