One of our client is looking to hire Junior Actuarial Analysts (Pricing) – General Insurance
Key Responsibilities
Junior Actuarial Analyst – Pricing:
• Support development of pricing models (GLM, GBM) for Motor & Medical lines
• Perform case pricing for large medical and corporate motor contracts
• Partner with reserving and other stakeholders to refine assumptions
• Contribute to Performance Dashboard and product profitability reviews
Skills & Experience Required:
• 1–2 years’ experience in General Insurance (internship or work experience)
• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication in English (written & spoken)
• Proficiency in Excel; exposure to coding/statistical tools desirable
• Pricing Analyst: Exposure to SQL, R, or similar tools desirable; familiarity with GLM a plus
