As an Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounting, you will manage financial operations, ensure IFRS 9 & 17 compliance, and support strategic planning. Responsibilities include financial reporting, budgeting, and risk management. This role requires an ACCA or CA qualification with 3 to 5 years of experience.

1. ACCA or CA qualification is mandatory
2. 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

1. Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with IFRS, particularly IFRS 17 and IFRS 9.
2. Ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
3. Oversee general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
4. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
5. Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
6. Implement financial controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
7. Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
8. Identify performance trends and recommend corrective actions.
9. Contribute to process enhancements and system improvements.
10. Assist in the implementation of IFRS frameworks within financial reporting systems.
