As an Assistant Manager – Medical Insurance, you will manage the medical insurance portfolio, drive sales and client retention, oversee claims resolution, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will also lead a team of advisors while delivering tailored solutions to individuals, SMEs, and corporates.

ππ”π€π‹πˆπ…πˆπ‚π€π“πˆπŽππ’, π’πŠπˆπ‹π‹π’ & π„π—ππ„π‘πˆπ„ππ‚π„:
1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical insurance.
3. In-depth knowledge of UAE medical insurance products and regulations.
4. Proven track record in sales, client management, and retention.
5. Professional insurance certifications (preferred).
6. Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

1. Oversee the medical insurance portfolio for individuals, SMEs, and corporates.
2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance offerings and expand market share.
3. Drive new business acquisition and ensure high renewal retention to achieve sales targets.
4. Maintain high customer satisfaction through responsive and efficient service.
5. Lead, mentor, and support a team of medical insurance advisors.
6. Ensure compliance with UAE insurance regulations and industry standards.
7. Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
