As the Assistant Manager – Motor Claims, you will support the Head of the department in leading the claims team, overseeing the entire claims process, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. Your role will involve authorizing claims, analyzing risk, and continuously improving the claims management process to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

- Bachelorβs degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in motor claims management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of motor insurance policies claims processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Led and managed the surveyor team.
- Oversee all backend and frontend claim operations.
- Authorize partial loss claims on the system by company policy.
- Monitor front desk operations to ensure daily claims activities enhance customer service.
- Provide services for all business requirements and ensure optimal management of claims.
- Analyze all claims, identify risks, and ensure processing aligns with company policies.
- Review quality claims and prepare reports for various business units.
- Share daily reports and conduct claim analysis on an ad-hoc basis.
- Manage the Central Bank UAE portal and coordinate with the regulator on disputed claims.
