As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth, building client relationships, and expanding the insurance business across the GCC. Based in Bahrain, you must have strong market knowledge and be ready to travel within the region as needed.

ππ”π€π‹πˆπ…πˆπ‚π€π“πˆπŽππ’, π’πŠπˆπ‹π‹π’ & π„π—ππ„π‘πˆπ„ππ‚π„:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or related field
Professional certification (e.g., CII, CPCU) required
2. 7+ years of business development or sales experience in the insurance sector
3. Proven record of closing deals with insurers, brokers, or loss adjusters
4. Strong knowledge of GCC insurance market and regulations
5. Goal-driven, proactive, and strategic thinker
6. Analytical mindset for assessing market and client needs

1. Design and implement a sector-specific business development strategy aligned with the firm’s overall goals.
2. Identify and prioritize key markets and client segments within the insurance industry.
3. Proactively source, qualify, and secure new business opportunities & maintain strong relationships with insurance companies, brokers, and industry stakeholders.
5. Represent the firm at strategic industry events and networking forums.
6. Track industry trends, regulatory updates, and competitive activity to drive opportunity identification.
7. Deliver customized proposals, presentations, and agreements.
8. Lead negotiations, ensuring commercial viability and policy compliance.
9. Partner with consulting, marketing, and operations teams to ensure exceptional client service.
10. Incorporate client feedback into service enhancements to strengthen satisfaction and loyalty.
11. Set, monitor, and report on business development targets and KPIs.
Maintain comprehensive CRM records and deliver regular updates to senior leadership.
